I ordered a bike and received it in good order within a week. The one thing was that the disc brake is slightly bent.

The ordering experience with RSP was seamless and easy. However the quality of the build was not as good as expected. And there were some quality issues with the frame. One of the cable band on the drive side seat stay was missing, loose cable router on top tube, paint chipped off at the bottom of the rear QR drop outs and the hydraulic setup was not done properly (different modulation on both shifters - one side was weaker than the other). For this price considering the component and frame set quality, the build could be better. Would I get another bike from Frog? Probably not ... I am not bothered by this as I easily fix the issues myself but I can’t say this for all other parents with zero bike building experience.
