Built by a company with expertise in downhill and enduro bicycles, the Commencal Ramones 14" Bike is an ideal choice for your future mountain biker. The Ramones 14" Bike is designed to be playful, solid and tough enough to enable riding on and off-the-beaten-path. The sloping frame will help your child get on and off the bike easily. In fact, its design is identical to Commencal's adult, higher-end models. This creates a true mountain bike look, just like mom and dad’s bikes!

Components are adapted and adjusted to their size and weight and will surely be important in developing the skills of the new generation of mountain bikers! Jumps and drifts, they’re not even scared! Tektro's child-specific mechanical disc brakes allow for plenty of stopping power with easy to reach brake levers (if the "Freewheel (Disc Brakes)" option is selected). The high quality Aluminum frame ensures a bike light enough for your little rider to easily maneuver with stability and control.

Set the extra wide tires with a lower pressure and your child will have the smoothest, grippiest ride out there, rolling right over all rocks and bumps on the trail.

The Ramones 14" Bike comes standard with a Coaster Brake (back pedal brake system) per CPSP requirement. To receive your Ramones 14" Bike installed with freewheel and rear disc brake at no additional cost, please select this option. There is no additional cost for the freewheel. This bike includes pedals, bell, front and rear lights, and training wheels.

ASSEMBLY

The Commencal Ramones 14" arrives 90% assembled. For final assembly, install pedals, seat post, handlebars and front wheel. Instructions included.

COMMENCAL RAMONES 14 SIZING

* MINIMUM INSEAM measurement for a child who is large enough to ride this bike. Beginner (or timid) riders must reach the ground comfortably and flat footed while straddling the seat, meaning their inseam must be close to the minimum seat height. Experienced (or confident) riders will be more comfortable raising their heels off the ground when straddling the seat. See Kids Bike Sizing Guide.
† STANDOVER HEIGHT is measured from the top of the top tube to the ground, passing directly by the front of the chainring.

FITTING YOUR RIDER

Getting your kid on the right size bike is important and easy! All you need is:

• RIDER INSEAM =  Your child's inseam, measured from the top of the crotch directly to the ground. (This is NOT a pant leg inseam measurement).
• RIDER EXPERIENCE = Your child's ability, comfort and confidence levels while riding a bike.

With these two pieces of information, you can easily calculate the MINIMUM SEAT HEIGHT your child needs on their new bike.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to initiate your return with us:

• Returns must be in NEW condition with original packaging and product tags.
• You are responsible for packaging and return shipping. You may purchase a return shipping label from us, which is likely your least expensive option with our discounted rates.
• Regarding bikes, please take it for a "test ride" to make sure it's right for your Rider! Our standard for still being in new condition after a "test ride" is similar to a local bike shop offering test rides outside its shop. We understand some "dust on the tires," but please keep it new (and hold on to packaging) until you are sure you're keeping it!
• Your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

WARRANTY

Ready Set Pedal stands behind all products we sell. Most of our brands (including all bikes) offer a limited warranty. We will work directly with the manufacturer (on your behalf) to evaluate and process your warranty claim. If the issue/defect is deemed eligible to be covered under warranty, we work to get you a replacement, repair or refund as quickly as possible. If you're experiencing an issue/defect with an order, please contact us for support.
