To ensure that our customers are receiving the best prices available, we are happy to offer our Price Match Guarantee. Although we have a number of specific considerations for authorizing a price match, we try to make the process as straightforward as possible. Simply put:

If you find the exact same product elsewhere at a cheaper price (inclusive of shipping and ready to ship today), we will match that price.

This guarantee is available to our customers both:

• Prior to placing an order (i.e. we will discount an item for you as a "price match" before you have ordered)
• For up to 30 days after placing your order (i.e. if you find this item cheaper within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you to match the price)

We pride ourselves on fulfilling and delivering orders to our customers as quickly as possible. We promise that we will do our part in fulfilling your order within your expected timeframe. Although rare, some orders may experience shipping delays from time to time. (We experience these delays across all major carriers). When these events occur, we guarantee that we will make the situation right for our customers in a timely manner.

The vast majority of our shipments continue to be delivered within their expected timelines. However, all major carriers (FedEx, UPS and USPS) have suspended guaranteed delivery times (including most expedited shipments). Unfortunately, this means that if shipments are late due to carrier service delays, these orders are ineligible for shipping refunds. Additionally, weather delays are considered beyond our carriers' control and are also ineligible for shipping refunds.

We know you want your order quickly, which is why we strive to ship all orders within 1 business day. We promise that in stock items are shipped promptly via FedEx, UPS or USPS (carrier determined by shipping destination and shipping method selected at checkout). Most orders placed by 2pm ET, Monday-Friday will ship that same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, holidays, or after 2pm ET will ship the next business day via your selected shipping method.

Bikes ship for reasonable and competitive flat rates (depending on brand and size). All accessory orders over $50 receive free shipping within the contiguous U.S., while orders under $50 are charged a reasonable fee. We also offer shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and most other international locations.

Although our customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, we are happy to offer Ready Set Pedal return shipping labels, which will likely be your least expensive return option due to our discounted rates.
