LIGHTWEIGHT. DISC BRAKES. WIDE GRIPPY TIRES. DURABLE. MADE FOR FUN OFF-THE-BEATEN PATH!
Inspire confidence in your young rider with high quality performance in an AWESOME looking bike! The Commencal Ramones 24 Mountain Bike is a real mountain bike that is designed and engineered by the same experts with the same care as Commencal's World Cup winning adult mountain bikes.
Take it off road, on singletrack, over jumps, down stairs or around the block. The geometry, great set of components, and the wider tires will make learning easier. This bike will give your child the mountain bike bug!
Kids can ride more varied terrain thanks to the 7-speed drivetrain (13-34T). With the large 30 teeth chainring, riders can start beating you uphill too. Wide rims and 2.6 inch tires provide extra traction and comfort despite the lack of suspension. Set the extra wide tires with a lower pressure and your child will have the smoothest, grippiest ride out there, rolling right over all rocks and bumps on the trail.
Built by Commencal, a company with expertise in downhill and enduro bicycles, the Commencal Ramones 24 Mountain Bike is designed to be playful, solid and tough enough to enable riding on and off-the-beaten path. The sloping frame will help your child get on and off the bike easily. In fact, its design is identical to Commencal's grown-up, higher-end models so it has a true mountain bike look.
The Commencal Ramones 24 Mountain Bike includes pedals, bell and a front and rear light/reflector set.
ASSEMBLY

Beginner (or timid) riders must reach the ground comfortably and flat footed while straddling the seat, meaning their inseam must be close to the minimum seat height. Experienced (or confident) riders will be more comfortable raising their heels off the ground when straddling the seat. See Kids Bike Sizing Guide. †STANDOVER HEIGHT is measured from the top of the top tube to the ground, passing directly by the front of the chainring.
FITTING YOUR RIDER
Getting your kid on the right size bike is important and easy! All you need is:
RIDER INSEAM = Your child's inseam, measured from the top of the crotch directly to the ground. (This is NOT a pant leg inseam measurement).
RIDER EXPERIENCE = Your child's ability, comfort and confidence levels while riding a bike.
With these two pieces of information, you can easily calculate the MINIMUM SEAT HEIGHT your child needs on their new bike.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our "Ride Happy" Guarantee: We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns on all orders.
You have 30 days from receiving your order to initiate your return with us:
Returns must be in NEW condition with original packaging and product tags.
You are responsible for packaging and return shipping. You may purchase a return shipping label from us, which is likely your least expensive option with our discounted rates.
Regarding bikes, please take it for a "test ride" to make sure it's right for your Rider! Our standard for still being in new condition after a "test ride" is similar to a local bike shop offering test rides outside its shop. We understand some "dust on the tires," but please keep it new (and hold on to packaging) until you are sure you're keeping it!
Your original shipping cost is non-refundable.
If you'd like to return your order, please start here.
